Glimepiride + Metformin + Voglibose (M1) is a combination medicine used for Type 2 Diabetes control.

What each medicine does
Glimepiride → helps the pancreas release more insulin
Metformin → reduces sugar production in the liver and improves insulin action
Voglibose → slows carbohydrate absorption after meals
“M1” usually means
